Muhammad Ali
Muhammad Ali, is a legal professional with over a decade of progressive experience in corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters. Currently serving as Deputy Director Legal at the National Highway Authority (NHA), he specialize in managing complex legal affairs, particularly in the areas of land acquisition, contractual disputes, arbitration, and service matters. His role involves representing NHA before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, tribunals, and civil courts, while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and FIDIC-based contracts.
In addition to his work at NHA, he holds a leadership role as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee at the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), where he oversees regulatory governance and enforce compliance with FIFA statutes. Previously, he served as Deputy Chairman of the same committee, handling disciplinary proceedings, compliance programs, and regulatory inquiries within Pakistan’s football ecosystem.
He began is legal career with law firms in Lahore, gaining hands-on experience in civil, taxation, and property matters, before joining NHA in 2017. Over the years, he has been involved in high-profile cases, several of which have been reported in law journals, reflecting my ability to develop strong legal arguments and secure favorable outcomes.
His educational foundation combines law and business: an LL.B. from Quaid-e-Azam Law College, University of Punjab, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from NUCES-FAST. This dual background enables him to approach legal challenges with both analytical rigor and strategic business insight.
