Muhammad Ayaz is an Advocate High Court with ten years plus spanning corporate legal advisory and security organization experience, advising C- Suite level management with on-ground operational rigor. Currently Legal Advisor to Fauji Fertilizer (FFC) Company’s Commercial Group, steering legal and compliance across bulk/retail sales, warehousing, logistics, IT, branding, HR, finance, and complex local/international contracts. Former Legal Advisor to Fauji Fresh & Freeze, ERRA, Frontier Corps KP and AJS Law Firm, with a record of hundreds of successfully handled cases and decisive dispute resolution through arbitration/ mediation and out-of-court settlements. Presently, working as Associate Partner with Bokhari Aziz & Karim (BAK) Law Firm. Muhammad Ayaz is an accredited Arbitrator & Mediator and is on the panel of International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDI). He is also Vice Chairman Arbitration & Mediation Committee and Anti-Corruption Jail Monitoring Committee Punjab of Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA). LLB (University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan) with UNODC certification in Evidence and ICRC training in International Human Rights/LOAC; bar memberships include Punjab Bar Council, LHCBA, and LBA.
