Uzair Hayat

Mr. Uzair Hayat holds an LL.B. degree from the University of London. His practice encompasses civil, corporate, commercial, and tax litigation, together with advisory work in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters for institutional and corporate clients. He also advises on technology law matters, including regulatory issues relating to PVARA.
